Deposits and Payments​

To secure your appointment, a £30 deposit is required online via Paypal. This deposit will be deducted from your total payment. The remaining balance is to be paid in cash. Kindly bring the exact amount, as change may not be available.​

Rescheduling  / No Shows​

I understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, so you can reschedule free of charge. Please notify me at least 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule. If you provide less notice, your appointment will be cancelled, and a new deposit will be required to book a new appointment. Failure to attend your appointment without prior notice will result in being blacklisted.

You will be allowed ONE free reschedule in you booking anything after that you would need to pay a new deposit to rebook. ​

 Hair   Inclusion   &   Colouring ​

We offer an optional service to include the hair for your appointment, ideal for clients who prefer not to order the hair themselves. The additional cost may vary depending on hair type, length and texture. A brief consultation is required before booking to ensure the perfect match.​

Our standard colouring service will elevate your hair to the next level. If you're interested in this service, please remember that all 613 wigs must be dropped off or sent via post at least 5 days before your appointment.

Custom Colour  Wig Service​​

Consultation & Payment

The final price for your custom colour wig service will be agreed upon after a brief consultation. Once the price is confirmed, full payment must be made via the PayPal link provided before any work begins. Included in this service is:

• Bleaching/Toning the knots

• Straightening the Wig 

• Plucking the Lace ( If Required)

• Your chosen Colour Design

Sending Your Wig & Returning Your Wig

​

Your wig must be sent to me within 5 days of your booking date. wigs received after this timeframe may result in delays to the custom colour process and final delivery time, for which i cannot be held responsible.

All completed wigs are returned via Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed , this premium service is included in your price and ensures the fasted delivery, full tracking, proof of delivery and higher compensation.

Responsibility in Transit

​

Once your wig has been posted and tracking number has been given i am not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage during transit beyond the compensation level provided by Royal Mail.

HoochTee Freestyles​

 

Due to the unique nature of the HoochTee Freestyle, kindly complete an online consultation here. Please be aware that pricing is customised to your preferred look, considering the selected style, any add-on's, and the required time. The online consultation form ensures that your quote accurately reflects the value of your bespoke hairstyle. Please note, HoochTee Freestyle appointments take place at either 9am or 10am only.​

Appointments​

For privacy reasons, the address of the HoochTeeStyles Studio will be provided in your booking confirmation email. Please do not bring any plus-ones to your appointment and refrain from talking on the phone unless it is an emergency. Kindly make sure your hair is freshly washed and blow-dried for all styles. For natural hairstyles, please come with hair free from any oils or products to ensure the products I use can give your hair a smooth, slicked look.​​​​​​

Allergies

All products I use are nut-free.

Some lace and bonding glues may contain latex. If you have a severe latex allergy, please let me know before your appointment so we can find a safe alternative. For airborne allergies, please bring your EpiPen to your appointment.
